agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all SMS (text)

messages sent by Coverage by Kay LLC for the purpose of providing service-related

communications, including but not limited to appointment reminders, policy updates, account

notifications, and general customer care.

SMS Messaging Service

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from

Coverage by Kay LLC related to your insurance services, including:

Appointment confirmations or rescheduling

Policy reminders and renewal notices

Account and document notifications

Claims or servicing updates

Responses to client inquiries

These messages are not marketing-based unless you explicitly opt in to marketing

communications. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan.

Message Frequency

While message frequency will vary depending on your account activity, clients may receive 1–4

messages per month, or more during periods of active service or policy changes. Coverage by

Kay LLC reserves the right to modify the frequency of messages as needed to deliver essential

information.Neither Coverage by Kay LLC nor mobile carriers are responsible for delayed or undelivered

messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier’s plan. By opting in, you

accept all charges that may be incurred through SMS communication with Coverage by Kay

LLC.

Privacy Policy

All information collected through our SMS service is handled in accordance with our Privacy

Policy, which explains your data rights under California law and how we collect, use, store, and

share personal information.

Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text you

receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further

messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Delays in SMS delivery

Undelivered messages

Service interruptions

Charges incurred due to carrier fees or third-party providers

All SMS communications are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind.

on this page and will become effective upon posting. Continued participation in our SMS service

constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
